Please do not go on hacker sites just to get rain. I would name some that you shouldn't go on but then you might use them...just staying on the safe side! Like William said, going on the sites can result in a ban of your account. All of you chobots are wonderful and I would hate to see you get banned. Also, do you think Cat is the hacker? It looks like he is catching all the hacker items, as you can see by his picture.
